Falcon Systems Engineering Corporation has developed a revolutionary technological approach to solving two major problems the military is currently facing when it comes to portable power—replenishing rechargeable batteries and recovering vast amounts of unused energy from partially depleted, discarded primary batteries.
Falcon is expanding its existing power management system (the SBP-1100) by adding an optional accessory that detects and scavenges unused power from any battery source, including those used by the military e.g. BA-5590’s, etc. This add-on feature performs an “electrical-transfusion” which siphons-off unused stored energy from primary batteries. The energy is seamlessly transferred to the SBP-1100 where it is reconditioned, stored and available for replenishing rechargeable batteries on the Soldier Portable Charger (PP-8498) by Bren-Tronics. Adopting this “waste not, want not” philosophy of energy management, Falcon is able to save the military millions of dollars a year. |
